A very wide spectrum of action allows to use the drug "blindly", without isolating the pathogen.

Low toxicity allows a multiple dose increase in critical cases without risk.

High penetrating ability allows to use any method of administration, and to use the drug for the most diverse treatment methods.
The listed properties of the drug allow to change the treatment technique flexibly depending on the capabilities of the doctor and the epizootic situation. For example, increasing the dosage of Dorynum by 3 times leads to shock effect on the infection and prolongation for two days. Such radical methods are effective in chronic diseases.
Therapeutic properties: treatment of suppressed and atypical forms of the disease, prolongation of the effect, preferential concentration in the lesion, deep penetration into the tissue, high regenerative capacity, no irritating effect.
DORYNUM is used for the effective treatment of endometritis caused by pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic bacterial microflora, mycoplasmas, protozoa, as well as for the prevention of postoperative complications.

The drug is used independently:
Intravenously (intramuscularly) 5 ml per animal (150 mg of the active substance or ½ vial) 1 time a day for two days per course.
Intrauterinely: 5 ml per animal (150 mg of active substance or ½ vial) 1 time, and intravenously - 5 ml on the 2nd day of the course:

and in combination with other drugs:
- washing with a warm solution of potassium permanganate 1:1000 or furacilinum 1:5000;
- intrauterine administration of 3% ichthyol and vitamins;
- a combination of Dorynum with oxytocin;
- combination of parenteral (intramuscular, intravenous) drug injections with intrauterine ones.
  • Very satisfied with the drug! During the outbreak of endometritis we treated 400 animals (in a herd of 2,900 animals) with two intravenous injections of 150 mg per animal (½ vial) - Tula region.
  • Very good drug, treats all clinical forms of endometritis! - Irkutsk city.
  • Dorynum is good at treating endometritis! - Belgorod region.
  • We have been using Dorynum for about 2 years; it demonstrates good results in treating endometritis - Novosibirsk region.
  • We use Dorynum as the last chance, it helps in hopeless situations - Armavir Using the Dorynum we saved our cows after calving.
  • We've been buying it for years. – Zaporozhye 20.02.2007.

  • We treat mastitis in two days! By intracisternal administration of one vial of Dorynum 300 mg on the first day, and half of the vial on the next. The absence of mastitis is confirmed not only visually, but also by laboratory control. - Kursk region
  • Dorynum treats almost everything... - Novgorod.
  • Great drug, really like it. It treats gastroenterocolitis (diarrhea), pneumonia, colibacteriosis very well. We have achieved a favorable situation with the young animals. - Volgograd region.
  • We’ve set three sows back on their feet (mycoplasmosis, colibacteriosis) - Belgorod region.
  • We have been treating with Dorynum for 5 years already. What we like about the Dorynum the most is that we can use it in any diseases. This is very convenient, because most often the staff is not trained good enough - Ulyanovsk.
The drug is used in the treatment of acute serous and fibrinous mastitis intracisternally - 1 injection - 5 ml/qt. (150 mg of active substance or ½ vial) per course: In the treatment of purulent and necrotic mastitis, the number of intracisternal injections of 5 ml/qt. (150 mg of active substance or ½ vial) should increase to 2-3. The drug is administered intravenously or intramuscularly at a dose of 2-4 mg/kg of live weight in chronic forms of mastitis or the atypical progression of the disease, and is combined with intracisternal administration of 5 ml/qt. (150 mg of active substance or ½ vial). The usual course of treatment is 3 days.
The most challenging diseases of young animals today are: dyspepsia of the newborn, enteritis, gastroenteritis, colibacteriosis, salmonellosis. All this leads to various clinical manifestations from suppressed subclinical forms to severe disease, often ending in the death of animals. The young body has not yet formed the immune system; the enzyme system and metabolic processes are in the stage of formation. The microflora of the intestines and respiratory tract is very labile and sensitively reacts to the most insignificant chemical and physical factors. It is necessary to calculate the dosage of the drug carefully and select the method of its administration individually. First of all, this applies to the use of antibacterial agents, the appointment of which must also be guided by an antibioticogram, that is, the sensitivity of pathogenic microorganisms to this drug. In this regard, it is necessary to give preference to broad-spectrum antibiotics. A striking example of such a preparation is Dorynum. It consists of components that jointly act on the microbe, but are differently processed and excreted from the body. This significantly reduces the toxic load on the one hand and multiplies the bactericidal and bacteriostatic effects on the other. This allows to carry out loading dose treatment and helps to achieve long complications-free periods in the animal, when the situation becomes critical. While the combination with supporting solutions (saline, serum, glucose ...) - can bring the dying animal back to life.
