INJECTABLE ANTIBACTERIAL COMPLEX ON THE BASIS OF THIRD-GENERATION CEPHALOSPORINS.
Injectable antibacterial complex on the basis of third-generation cephalosporins Produced in the form of a sterile lyophilized white powder with a yellowish tint in 10 ml vials (150 mg).
The drug has a wide spectrum of antimicrobial action, and is most active against majority of gram-negative microorganisms: escherichia, shigella, salmonella, corynebacteria, pasteurella, aeromonas, erysipelotrix, yersinia, proteus; as well as some gram-positive ones: staphylococci and streptococci, including the ones resistant to many antimicrobial agents.

Especially effective against multidrug resistant strains. The drug penetrates well into many fluids and tissues. The peak concentration in the blood is reached 30 minutes after the administration. Therapeutic concentration of the antibiotic in the body remains 20 hours, and is eliminated mainly by the kidneys.
The drug is dissolved in water for injection, in novocaine (0.25%), in saline and other solvents. Administered intramuscularly or intravenously until recovery at a dose of 3 mg per kg of body weight.
Increased individual sensitivity to the drug.
Not observed in case of use in recommended doses.
Slaughter of calves and piglets for meat is allowed 8 days after discontinuation of the drug.
